. Anyone have an easy fondant elmo and sesame street cupcake topper directions? I have never worked with fondant before...but am good with baking and cakes and can probably figure it out.

AThen figure it out.

Look at Elmo and break him down mentally into individual parts.

Do you mean for little 3D figures or 2D flat toppers?

Either is fine with me! I thought about maybe using an Elmo shaped cookie cutter for a topper and adding details. Would that work? I would love 3D but don't know how to...it makes me nervous LOL! Thanks :)

I think cutters for all the characters you're interested in making is a great idea!

Krazy Kool cakes has a 3 part video on how to do a 3D elmo topper, I bet you can do it! It does not look difficult, it's basically just a few parts made out of 50/50 and a face.
