Hi All!

I wanted to create this cake. Is it safe to make the fondant pearls ahead of time? How far ahead of time is it ok to make them? The party is January 3rd and I was thinking of making the fondant pearls this week. If anything, I can advise the guests to not eat it so long as it doesn't affect the cake itself.

sure you can make them now--

i kinda shy away from using things that people cannot eat--but i mean i do use wires in roses and etc

but they should be able to eat these no worries
