since you need something to stand up--maybe a big sugar cookie using any of those mediums for the face or make a nice crispy fondant + cornstarch plaque--
you will need to brace it in the back so it stands up--for example use a popsicle stick and glue with melted chocolate--
or you could angle it up with just a nice blast of buttercream to rest it against--
if you did the plaque you could use edible ink markers for the face --
