Can some one please tell me the shelf life of these ingredients to make a brandy buttercream

Vegetable shortening

Butter

Flavouring

Powdered Sugar

Water

It is needed for a christmas cake, I need a buttercream that will keep at a cool room temp for as long as possible and still taste yum, ( no fondant or marzipan wanted)
