I am a freshman when it come to selling my cookies. I just got an order for 50 High Heel cookies. I am planning on decorating them with color flow icing. I have no clue on how to charge. Can someone please help????

You can't have an "order" until you and the customer have agreed on the price.  Will they be shocked when they owe you $3 per cookie, so a total of $150?  You need to agree on a price before proceeding.  Search for Jason Kraft pricing link, and you will see many links of how to appropriately charge for your cookies.

calculate your material cost
calculate your labour
add a profit.

also look into what your competitors are charging. Too high or too low could hurt.
