Fudge - sweetened condensed milk and chocolate?

Thread Starter

Hey guys,

I've heard often of making fudge with just 2 ingredients - sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Never tried it myself but I need to make fudge soon.... is it actually good? It sounds like it might be too sticky. Does anyone have any tips on something to add to make the fudge end up more solidified?

Thank you in advance!

chilling it will set up the cocoa butter in the chocolate as the recipe states:

and this one is also no cooking you just melt the ingredients and it's ridiculously good:

It's my go-to recipe of the year. I always have to make my nephew his own double batch for his fridge! :) It's not sticky. It's addicting. I have to put it out of site so I don't eat it all myself. I do a lot of variations with it as well.

If you want to make rocks for a decorated cake, use white chocolate chips, add crushed oreo cookies.  it looks like granite rocks.  taste like cookies n crème.  (saw this on one of the really cool websites.)

I made a "serenity" stone for a pal.

Thank you very much for the fudge recipes!!! I tried making fudge when I was in my twenties cooking it to that soft ball stage. It never came out and I threw away more fudge than I can remember. I will give both of these a try. I appreciate it very much!!! Thanks
