AI have to make some cherry blossoms and I'm curious to know what would be the best thing to use fondant or gum paste?

ADo you prefer making your own gum paste or using something like Wilton brand. Do the flowers still dry the same whether u use scratch or Wilton?

I like to use Wilton fondant for them - that stuff dries HARD and can roll pretty darn thin. Plus I cam snag it for cheap with a coupon.
