I've been operating at home under the cottage law (or at least trying) but am finding it too restrictive. I found a great kitchen to rent for practically pennies and am officially planning my next venture. Holy cow, I've been studying up on how to do this for years but when you actually begin the process, it is mind boggling. I guess I'm looking for everyone else's start up stories and tips. I do plan to open a storefront, but I want to take things slow and make sure I can handle the business first. Taxes, licenses, inspections and such... I'm not doubting myself just trying to do it all right. Would love to hear about everyone else's journeys. :)
