I hope someone can help me out. I am opening a café/shop in my home town and looking for some oven advice!
I have been running my business from home for the last two years and I am now taking the leap and opening a café & shop in my hometown. I am looking for advice from other café/bakery owners on the best ovens for cakes, cupcakes and all the usual yummy bakery products.
I want electric and have been looking at the Blue Seal Convection ovens range. What would you recommend? What oven do you use? Any brands you would recommend/avoid?
Any help would be much appreciated.
