Make Tissue Paper Effect On Fondant?

I'm wondering if anyone knows how Maggie Austin gets the tissue paper effect on the fondant on the cake on the right? I love the idea of a delicate textured fondant like this. Any ideas would be great!

Aim having a hard time seeing the picture but for a general tissue paper look that we use for gift boxes we use a crumpled peice of foil and lay the fondant on there to form.
