hi. i made some fondant the other day, and i'm thinking of experimenting with it. i bought some tools but i have no cutters. I'm also afraid that if i made some decorations it won't harden since it's very humid in here and i read somewhere to add tylose to make fondant harden? please help since i'm starting a cake business. thank you!!!!!

If you leave the fondant out for a couple days it will harden just fine. Adding tylose Is an option depending on the project. What are you planning to do with the fondant?

i'm planning to use it as cupcake toppers, since some of my customers requested it, especially if they needed cupcakes for a certain occasion

Grab an exact knife and print a shape off of the internet that's the size you want.

leave the decorations out in the air to dry.  If you put them in a container the humidity will build up and will cause your decorations to melt.  depending on the decoration they can take any 1-3 days to dry.  using a template and a knife is a great idea to cut them out without cutters.
