Hey Fam!

Question, I have a cake order for Friday but need to head out of town on Friday morning.  Can a cake that has fondant decorations, buttercream frosting and sugar sheet decorations be placed in the freezer for two days?  My plan is to have the entire cake ready Wednesday night (decorated and boxed) but not sure if I can freeze it until it is picked up Friday night.  My main concern is the sugar sheet.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks a million!

When I have put sugar sheet decorations on they sometimes crack if I put them in the fridge, if possible put on as late as possible.

I would box it and put in the frig.   When I have lots of orders it is not uncommon for me to have a cake for Saturday completed on Wednesday.  I would store in frig.
