I use Wilton pearl dust, for gold and silver fondant, I'm not really happy with the results.. there is another brand that can give me a better finish and a true gold/silver color??

AWell food color and dusts are different things (which I know that you already know....so if you're asking about color..americolor makes a gold food color that I really like.

as far as dusts go there's a brand called CK dusts, those are probably more readily available.

I also like the Americolor gold.
