AWanting to learn how to make some great gumpaste flowers and the techniques used. Anyone know of any great books that I should buy? I've watched lots of YouTube videos. Just wondering if there was a book that has all kinds of flowers, all in one source.

What I would recommend would be for you to check what your local library has available for gumpaste flowers.  I have done that a number of times.  I also own two books by Alan Dunn.  You may want to try some flowers that are not wired first to get used to working with gumpaste.

Anything by Alan Dunn...Sugar Roses for Cakes, Sugar Orchids for Cakes, Exotic Sugar Flowers for cakes (I have that one sitting right here on the table next to me). They're all well-done with good photos and templates and well worth buying. Go look at his facebook page to see the kind of work he does and then go out and get the books! https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Alan-Dunn-**********/397985860626?id=397985860626&sk=photos_stream
