Hello.  I have looked through this forum and cannot see where anyone has used the Wilton Tasty Fill Heart pan (not the minis) with Ice cream.  I am trying to get a feel for the best type of cake to use as well as frosting because it will be in the freezer.  

 

I think I am sold on making a chocolate whip cream frosting and wondered if anyone has used the stabilized whip cream recipe with chocolate and if so how did it turn out.  I would appreciate any feedback or experience with this.

 

Please note, I am a recreational baker, but I am fearless!  Many thanks for anything you can add.
