How do I make an India Elephant cake topper for a groom's cake?  (They also want the bride & groom sitting on top of the elephant)   Also what's best to use, modeling chocolate or RKT?  Thank you.

I'd use a stiff  modelling chocolate and just shape it like it's play dough. Get some pictures of elephants and go for it.

AIf you want it perfect, buy or make a mold and fill it with the modeling chocolate or melted chocolate.
