Hello Dear friends

Need your urgent help. My cupcakes separate from their wrappers after i put them on the wire rack for cooling. This is happening with the colored ones i bought. What could be the reason.

I need to get a solution as the size

This only happens to my cupcakes if they are not baked through completetly. The batter is still too "wet" and will not cling to the wrapper. Have you checked one of yours?

Unfortuantely there is not much you can do about this apart from re-baking.

If the wrappers are only seperating from the cupcake you can "glue" them back together with a little bit of buttercream, but that is not ideal, depending on the state of the wrapper/cupcake.

Thank you oh so much! I made a new batch of cupcakes again this time i baked them 5 minutes longer and the wrappers maintained their position. Yayyyy! Big sigh of relief.

& a great big thank you to you :)

I have also found the foil wrappers want to separate even if your cupcakes are baked completely. I hate them and won't use them ever again! Tried it twice. Same results both times.

i have tried foil ones but surprisingly were ok. where do you buy your cap cake cases from.

well i still have to try out the new metallic ones ones i bought from cakecraftshop.com i hope they turn out good.

for your issue - Perhaps you could try reducing the amount of butter/oil etc in your cupcake batter a bit??

Reynold's are the only ones I use.  I use the foil ones and their party line with patterns.  I've never had a problem with them separating and I under bake my cupcakes slightly so they don't dry out.
