Hello everybody,

I want to make this cake for my daughters birthday but i don't know how to cover the cake with fondant and get the look of the melted chocolate or something like that. Can anyone help or send me a tutorial on how to do that?

Thanks in advance!

To get the "melted chocolate" look on this cake, I would just do an additional later of fondant in brown. So do the "melting" from fondant in sense. It wold be a double layer,of fondant, so I would do the brown a little thinner. You could even use chocolate fondant. Hope this helps, or that I even answered your question icon_smile.gif

Roll out chocolate fondant to proper size, lay the cake pan on top of it in the middle. Cut the shape you want and then transfer it to your cake.
