AI bought a gallon of apple cider the other day and rather than pouring what's left down the drain, I'd like to find a cake recipe that calls for apple cider. I have about 3 to 4 cups. Can anyone help me out with a recipe? Thanks so much!

I just Googled "cake with apple cider" and there are 12,500,000 results. I'm sure you can find one you want to make! I saw a pound cake recipe on there that looked yummy and also one that used apple cider in the frosting. 

It never lasts long enough in my house to bake with it! I think I might just have to try a recipe or two with it the next time I buy it! It's definitely a great time of year for it!
