ACan someone please tell me how to bring a model to scale for structuring? Ex..a car/boat..etc.

To do an accurate scale representation of something you have to first get the measurements of the object. Say, a car: you would measure height, width, depth, size of tires, windshield, hood, trunk - you get the point! Then, if you wanted, say, a 1/30th scale model you would divide each measurement by 30 and that would give you the measurements for a scale model.

If you Google "how to make a scale model" you'll get lots of good sites describing the technique, but it's pretty much what I said above.

APrint out pictures of the item you want to make, in the size you want to make it. Cut them out and you have a template.
