AHi everyone I need some help Im based in UK and for my cakes I have been using W H Marriage Finest Self Raising Flour  I bought a load from costco and found it was really nice to work with and everyone commented on how nice my cakes are Is there a equivalent I can get from local stores as this was really nice flour and I dont have costco membership anymore Any help will be very appreciated

AI use any flour generally the supermarket own brand.

AI don't find it makes any difference.

AHi , I have used many different quality flours and don't think it makes a huge difference I use mcdougalls flour only because I get it from the pound shop in town and morrisons charge £1.88 for same brand and size so I like a bargin lol
