AOk cake bakers!!! Looking for the BEST pound cake and vanilla cake recipes for a wedding cake!! And any other suggestions would be wonderful as well!

Not sure about pound cake, but I swear by Buddy Valastro's Vanilla Cake. You'll see the recipe sometimes with a custard cream to be added in - that is optional. I've never made it, but the cake is perfect without it. I made this for the wedding cake you see on my profile picture. It is always moist and almost sponge-like. It's a great cake! Just google the recipe. You'll find it! :)

Yes I use Buddy's recipe also (and have never added the pastry cream either)
