I doubled the following recipe from this site and forgot to double the oil before I put it in the oven. It baked fine, but I'm not sure how forgetting half the oil will affect it. Has anyone done this? Will it be o.k.?

i have often halved the oil (or reduced it more than that even) in a recipe with no problems--i never checked the recipe you made--i'm just saying i do it and no worries--might loose a touch of tenderness--but like you say you haven't noticed it--if you had omitted it altogether that could be a different story depending on the recipe
