I've done festivals before but to me its always like a guessing game when it comes to making enough cupcake and/or cake slices. I don't want to make too much where I would be stuck with lots or goodies at the end of the day.. nor do I want to short hand myself. What do/would you do in this matter? I know festivals give a attendance count but that is never correct of course. I also know of donating to local businesses the extra ones. But how to you "prepare" for a festival?
