AHi, I teach classes here and there at a few cooking supply stores in town. They have a big kitchen with granite counter tops which work great for rolling out fondant. I am putting together a class at my home. I only have counter space for myself. I have a wood kitchen table but I don't think it would be good to roll out fondant on. Do you think I could use one of those lifetime plastic tables? They don't have a very smooth surface. Anyone ever used one to do a cake on? Thank you.
