Hi everyone!

Im new here on this site and I hope to start cake decorating soon.  I was just wondering if anyone has used the Fat Dadio cake pans and how good are they?  Or what brand do you prefer for lasting durability?

Thanks

Kitty.

Hi Kitty, I haven't used the Fat Daddio ones myself so I can't say what they're like.  I've used both Judge and Invicta brands and I have to say I love the Invicta ones.  Nothing wrong with Judge pans, just the Invicta are deeper and the square tins have sharper edges (Judge square tins have rounded corners for some reason).  Also Invicta are know to be very durable and don't warp over time with heat. Good look with your new hobby!
