AHi all To colour fondant/gumpaste, am I able to use liquid food colouring?

AIt will make the fondant sticky and affect the texture if you use a lot. For a pastel shade, it's probably fine. For darker shades, no.

Do you have access to gel pastes such as Americolour or Wilton? You generally only need a small amount to achieve your desired colour. They work better than adding a liquid colour (like the food colourings sold in the supermarket).
