AWhen rolling out fondant with corn flour how do I remove the corn flour residue front the fondant? I try wiping it away with my hand but there is still visible signs of it. Do I jus try not to get only on the display side of my fondant? Sorry I'm new so obviously have a lot to learn :)

You can brush the excess off with a brush.

I do not worry about the corn flour marks until I finish decorating the cake.  Once finished, I brush the fondant with a small amount of vodka.  Fondant then shines with no marks whatsoever

I just rub it in a circular motion with my finger till it goes away, you could also LIGHTLY brush it with water

I roll out on a smear of vegetable shortening and avoid the issue all together.

If you take a chuck of the actual fondant you were using. Flatten one side of it on a table and then use it on the cake as a smoother in a circular motion over the spots.

Works for me every time.
