i have people ask what ganush is how do you tell them what is is and what it is like

Do you mean ganache? If so it is a rich icing/filling made with chocolate and heavy cream. You can either make it as a glaze or whip it for a thicker icing.

AYes I was aski g what to tell people it is like that have not had and don't know what it is is there somthing I can tell them it is like

AA truffle would be a good description. It's just chocolate, only soft, because of the cream added. Melts in your mouth; velvety; rich... Now I want a truffle.
