AHi

I'm making a stereo cake and have a question.. I have two 11x15 cakes I plan on stacking and then turning on its side for height... I have done this before with a smaller cake.. Just not sure if the 11x15 will hold up on its side. What do you guys think?

Thanks

No, don't attempt it... gravity will win and the layers will fall away from one another.  It must be built from the bottom up like any other stacked cake.

AYup your right! I thought about it last night and realized no way I can do that. Lol thanks I'm going to cut it in half lengthwise and stack it with supports and a board. Thanks :)
