I have recently been making fondant however with the demand of my cakes I've been getting it's very time consuming, so i'm looking to start purchasing fondant in tubs as to cut down on time.... What fondant do you use or is better to purchase?  Thanks in advance for your timely replies :)

depends on where you are...here in australia i prefer bakels as it suits the weather here...

AI use fondx and Albert Uster fondant. Love them both.
