I'm new, Hi! I started making the cake doctors Southern Caramel Cake with Peach Conserve yesterday. Not super happy with the results but I finally have two layers. I have abandoned recipe and its so late. I don't like suggested frosting, made butterscotch cool whip frosting instead but still need a filling that is not too sweet. Any suggestions?
