AHi, I'm new to cake decorating and would like to know about refrigerating cakes after you have crumb coated, will the refrigeration make a different in the taste of the cake? Will it make it dense?

Some refrigerate...some don't.   I always do. Does not make it stale, change the taste or make it dense.
