I love the CakeUlator app! It takes a couple of attempts to tailor it for what you need. Let me know what you need help specifically with and I might be able to help.

So mine is accurate for what I need, I set up the individual recipes and then within the "Recipe" section I also made one for Fondant (set to 125g). This way when I'm calculating costs I can include roughly how much icing I'll use. I also set up one of the recipes for 30 min Decoration, same principle.

I personally much prefer the Cost A Cake app. Very straightforward and easy to use once you get the hang of it. It breaks everything down from individual cake recipes (and sizes), individual buttercream recipes, fondant, right down to any extras you need to use for each cake order such as boards, ribbon quantity in metres, soap quantity to wash your tins and utensils etc. It also inputs the electricity you estimate to use to complete the order and your set wage per hour. All these help you arrive at a precise price you can stand firm on when quoting customers for orders.

Sorry to deviate from the CakeUlator app question asked :)

I use it and love it.  Search "cakeulator" threads on here and you will get some help with it.  If I remember right you need to set an artificially high "profit margin" number in the back to get it to calculate correctly.

Good luck!
