This concern that I'm bringing you now is very important for me to clarify. That's why I ask you please to help me out with this.
I've seen many videos and recipes where they indicate what's the speed you should use on your mixer. My question is, does the mixer's speed can influence in the final result of my cakes and/or frostings? And by the way, can I use any kind or brand of mixers to make my cakes and frostings?
