A...to make an 8"/4" tiered buttercream wedding cake and 8-10 matching cupcakes, plus set up??? And would anyone in Ohio like to give my sister-in-laws a quote, because quite frankly I'm ready to drop their order :-P

They seriously asked me to show up at the event AN HOUR before it starts so that I could decorate the cake/cupcakes. This was after I told them I would have to take special precautions to deliver this order 2 hours away, and I would also be including MY child care costs in the "cost" I would be charging them for this "at cost" order. I normally wouldn't be so petty, but they have been so presumptuous and rude I'm putting my foot down. :)

It has disaster written all over it, no matter what you charge they're going to think its too much and there will be family members who chastise you for charging at all. Gift it or don't do it.
