When you stack and ice a very large cake that is 10" high how do you end up with icing on the top of the cake that is below the cake board. Wouldn't the icing stick to the bottom of the cake board? When I cut and serve this cake I would like the top of each slice to have icing on it and not on the cake board that was supporting the rest of the cake. Any help would be appreciated. The cake will be covered in fondant with buttercream between each layer.

Thanks

Read "**tip" under step 2:

or use a circle of waxed paper.
