Its required in my states CFL that customers must complete at least one part of their transaction, where you operate your business.

That's weird, usually they try to keep businesses from having customers in residential areas. Out of curiosity, did they give any rationale for that?

I can't remember, but I think it allows the customer to see where you will be preparing their cake, and it gives them a chance to change their mind if the seller is a pig! Lol , I'm sure that's not the states wording, but I recall that being the impression I got. Lol
