Can I Do A 60 Minute Transport Without Having Refrigerated The Cake?

I have a 3 tiered fondant covered wedding cake that will be transported to a venue an hour away.  I'm concerned about transporting this without the cake being chilled but I live in a humid area where every time I refrigerate a fondant cake it sweats terribly and never quite recovers.  I'll be using hi-ratio BC underneath, stress-free supports and center dowel, will have AC on and hope to also have some dry ice. Cake has to be stacked because client is transporting.  Think I can make this work without refrigerating?

I deliver 3 or 4 wedding/event cakes every week, each 30 minutes to 4 hours away, in my air conditioned van in Florida, with no problems.

I won't do a 5 minuted drive without my cakes being refrigerated.  That's just the way I deliver.   I drive white knuckled as it is with these crappy roads.   I would never deliver a cake without it being chilled overnight.   I hate, hate, hate delivering cakes.

It should be fine if you have used an SPS or have enough dowels in there.
