I have a my daughter's birthday on Sept 15. If I bought the whip n Ice now and didn't use until the day before her party, would it still be good?

DS..I would look at the expiration date on the carton for that answer.

I'm asking here to avoid going to the store and wasting time!!
 

.I'm just saying...if it has an expiration date of Sept 30...then its good until then.    Whether you whip it up or not...that doesn''t change the expiration date.  I  keep my already whipped icing (better cream) in the freezer and pull it out as needed.    Hope that helps.
