I am doing a wedding cake with the idea of the picture below. I need to find out what I can do to get the cake to go over the fountain and hold steady for a 14-10-6 (I think it is) over it. Any ideas?

Is there not a kind of kit for over a fountain? I thought I had read that somewhere.

Thanks! In the picture it looks like there is only 4 pillars holding up the plate above the fountain. But they sell them with 6. Does the 18 inch plate that comes in the kit need 6 pillars? Or am I figuring that wrong? I am kinda nervous about this since it is my first of these kind!

Awesome, thanks! So the fountain is 13 inch high and the pillars are 13 3/4 inch, right? Do I have to buy a cascade kit along with the fountain kit? )looked it up and saw that.

Yep.

No, the only way you'll need the optional cascade is if you want water to flow over the cascade instead of through the holes in the pieces that are included w/the fountain.

OK, I think i am almost finished with all my questions! So I can get 2 18 inch plates and 6  13 3/4 pillars from wilton, or do I have to buy the  kit with it all?

Wilton doesn't care if you buy the pieces separately (but the kit is cheaper).

AI used tall crystal candle stick holders for the pillars of my daughters wedding cake. They were beautiful.

AI looked around and bought them at a shop that specialises in vases, candles and candlestick holders and other home wares. I am in Austratia. Can you send me your email address and I can send you a photo. I work from my iPad and haven't worked out how to post a photo from that.
