Hi everyone!

I want to make this cake but I can't seem to figure out how to stick the circles on the cake... I have several questions: should the circles be hardened? and if so, won't they break? or should they be glued on cake while soft... I can't imagine doing something so perfect and clean with soft fondant or gumpaste...

pls help and thanks :)

it's the fourth one:

Fondant left to set up a bit will be just fine. If you want to add a little tylose to it, go ahead. If you want to use GP, go ahead-jus tell the servers those need to be knocked off the cake first.

Thats a beautiful cake. Do you think that it was done with a cookie cutter? That would take forever. Isn't there an easier way to make it?

Post a picture when you are done. I would love to see it. If I was to ever make this cake it would probably only be a 4 - 6" cake. : )
