hey everyone! So recently i have started to sell preordred cupcakes as a small business and i had to make normally  about 12 to 24 cupckes each time but yesterday a girl asked me if i could do 400 minion cupcakes for her! I'm really exited about the order but i don't even know where to begin! Does the recepie stays the same when I multiplicate it? or do some things don't grow as much in quantite? and if you have some ideas for minion decorations i would love to here your ideas! Tips for storing and baking are welcome!

ACongratulations on your first large order! I'd bake ahead, wrap and freeze.

You should check out the threads on here about copywrite infringement, although many people do it you can get into trouble for using characters without permission from the original designer and so could your customer.

When I make larger quantities I just double the recipe. The amounts used need to stay proportionate. I also just got an order for Minion Cupcakes due this weekend. I'm going to use a fondant disc with minion faces on them. I searched on here for Minion cupcakes & looked at the Images gallery and there's lots of them here.
