I have an order for 300  sugar cookies for aug 25.  Turns out we are going on vacation from the 18th until the 25.

Can I make them before I leave and freeze them decorated?

They will have an edible image paper and royal icing design on them.

TIA

These cookies freeze well. But sorry, I don't have much experience with the edible image paper. Hopefully someone else can help. If not, can you freeze a sample cookie for a day and see how it thaws?

I'm not sure about the edible image either but you can freeze them already decorated with the royal icing.  I am in this situation now.  I have a customer that ordered cookies from me and told her I couldn't do them because I was out of town the whole week before the party and she insisted she still wanted them.  So I am delivering a week early and she is going to freeze them.  Check out bake@350 or sugerbellesweets, I think they have both addressed the question of freezing after decorating.
