wonder if anyone has any idea how i can do these gold tiers? Is there some way to airbrush gold highlighter? I am thinking it has to be that or gold leaf? any advice is appreciated

That isn't gold leaf, the color is off/not correct. It's probably air brushed on gold color....possibly brushed on gold dust mixed with vodka.

Now, how you'd get that texture.............I have NO idea. I hope someone knows how?

Looks like Confetti Sprinkles then air brushed in gold.
