And don't forget in your hours time spent shopping, planning, cleaning. Search Jason Kraft's pricing formula. We have no idea of your local market, cost of ingredients, etc...theseare the types of things you need to know and be confident in BEFORE you start to sell cakes. And you need to do it legally so you don't end up losing everything you own in a lawsuit.
