I was just wondering if anyone has a really good whipped cream recipe that they wouldn't mind sharing..

Do you want a whipped cream recipe or a whipped icing recipe? For whipped cream...I whip 2 cups of heavy cream until soft peaks form, then I add 4 tbs of sugar and beat it. Personally, I add a little rum to mine because I use it for molten lava cakes and Captain Morgan has a faint vanilla taste to it that I think goes well. For whipped icing, no idea. I haven't mastered it. I have tried and failed many many times. I used Wilton's. Just added cold water and it worked pretty well. Taste wasn't too bad when I added flavor to it.

Do you use powdered sugar or regular?

I used regular granulated sugar.
