Me too, I love the small offset spatula. I keep several in a tool vase on my counter.

Other than my rolling pin and off set spatula, for some reason I love my little stitching wheel and oh I can't forget about my ribbon cutter!

AMy itty bitty angled spatula! I have really tiny hands (I wear an x-small in gloves) and I do alot of tiny cakes. Using a big 13/15 in spatula just ain't the way for me lol.

AI use a Progressive Bash and Chop. It is a favorite for many people on here. You don't have to balance it, so perfectly straight sides are easily.

AI have a fat Daddios. But I've got lots of kinds all different sizes. There's tons of restaurant equipment stores in Houston which makes for very competitive prices. Which is why I'm busting out of my storage area lol

It's another type of bench scraper although you can use it for cutting or chopping vegetables, herbs and butter when you make pie crust or smoothing your cakes which I'm pretty sure is the main use for those of us on here
