What kind of flower is this? And where can I find cutters to make it?...

AI'd say just afantasy flower. Looks like camellia or peony cutter.

Looks like a magnolia! There are magnolia cutters!

Thanks everyone for replying! I think I found the flower on Wilton's website. I believe it is a fantasy flower (except with a red center)...

I'm sure a magnolia would work too though...
