Is it a lot? When I get color on fondant, I take a paintbrush dipped in vinegar and paint it off.

Not being there, I can't say this will work, but I have many times taken a damp paper towel and cleaned colors off of fondant. It's kind of surprising that you can do this, but it sometimes works fine. I don't mean you wipe it off like the kitchen counter - I'm talking about a very delicate process. And of course using as little water as possible. It leave a we place on the fondant, but as long as you've used barely anywater and haven't damaged the texture, it will dry just fine

Try cleaning it off with some vodka.
